I'm David Anderson.

A Little About Me
I've spent more than 25 years working in corporate training, organizational development, and Human Resources — helping organizations build stronger leaders, more effective teams, and better ways of working. That kind of career teaches you a lot: how organizations really function, what makes people tick, and where the gap between knowing and doing tends to live.
Somewhere along the way, I also discovered that I have a genuine passion for making complicated spreadsheets do remarkable things. What started as a practical necessity — building tools to manage HR data, track training, and automate reporting — turned into something I really love. There's a particular satisfaction in taking a process that used to take hours and making it take minutes.
Today, I work independently with organizations and individuals who want to develop their leaders, work through coaching challenges, or finally fix the business processes that have been driving them crazy. I bring the same approach to all of it: get to know the situation, think creatively about solutions, and build something that actually works.

Senior Leader in Training, L&D, and Organizational Effectiveness
I've spent 25+ years in senior training, learning & development, and organizational effectiveness roles across banking and national distribution — including 16 years at the VP level. I've built and led programs that developed leaders at every level, strengthened team performance, and drove lasting organizational change. I also bring direct experience in HR, giving a fuller picture of how people, culture, and strategy connect.

Outside of Work
Outside of work, music is a big part of my life. I sing in choirs and enjoy the arts. I take my work seriously, but I try not to take myself too seriously. And I've logged far more hours thinking about working out than actually doing it.

I've spent a lot of years helping people become better leaders. The thing I've learned is that most people already have what it takes — they just need the right support, the right perspective, and someone who's genuinely in their corner.
