What I do

Coaching for Leaders Who Want to Lead Better

Individualized coaching to help you see yourself more clearly, navigate complexity, and lead with greater impact.

Why Coaching?

Most leaders are good at what they do. But the demands of leadership — managing complexity, influencing without authority, navigating conflict, developing others — require more than technical skill. Coaching creates the space to slow down, reflect, and build the self-awareness that makes everything else work better.

My Approach

The best leaders aren't the ones with all the answers. They're the ones who ask better questions.

I bring a direct, practical style to coaching. We'll work on real challenges you're facing right now — not abstract leadership theory. And I'll challenge you when it's useful, because growth rarely happens in the comfort zone.

Coaching Engagements

◈

One-on-One Executive Coaching

Ongoing coaching for senior leaders and executives. Typically 6–12 months, with regular sessions focused on your specific goals and challenges.

◉

Emerging Leader Coaching

Targeted coaching for high-potential leaders making the transition from individual contributor to manager, or from manager to senior leader.

◇

Targeted Skill Development

Shorter-term engagements focused on a specific leadership challenge — difficult conversations, executive presence, strategic thinking, or team dynamics.

◆

Organizational Coaching Programs

Coaching integrated into broader leadership development programs. Ideal for organizations investing in a cohort of leaders simultaneously.

What We Work On

Coaching conversations go wherever they need to go. Common themes include:

  • Executive presence and influence
  • Managing up, down, and across
  • Navigating organizational politics
  • Difficult conversations and conflict
  • Building and leading high-performing teams
  • Strategic thinking and prioritization
  • Leading through change and uncertainty
  • Delegation and developing others
  • Work-life integration and sustainability
  • Career transitions and next-level readiness
  • Self-awareness and emotional intelligence
  • Building trust and psychological safety
Going Deeper

Assessment Tool

When it adds value to the coaching engagement, I use the Leadership Circle Profile — a powerful 360-degree feedback instrument that accelerates self-awareness and gives us a shared language to work with.

Leadership Circle Profile

A full 360-degree feedback instrument that maps a leader's creative competencies against reactive tendencies. As a Certified Practitioner, I use it to help leaders understand how others experience them, what's driving their behavior, and where to focus their development.

How It Works

01

Discovery Conversation

We start with a no-obligation conversation to understand your situation, goals, and whether coaching is the right fit. There's no pressure — I want to make sure it makes sense for both of us.

02

Assessment & Goal Setting

Depending on the engagement, we may use the Leadership Circle Profile to build a clear picture of where you are. We then establish clear goals for the coaching relationship.

03

Regular Coaching Sessions

We meet regularly — typically every two weeks — for focused, confidential conversations. Sessions are structured around your agenda, with accountability built in.

04

Ongoing Support

Between sessions, you can reach out with quick questions or challenges that arise as you put our work into practice.
